GUEST LECTURE ON ECOMMERCE TECHNOLOGY
A guest lecture on E COMMERCE TECHNOLOGY IN 21ST CENTURY was arranged on 27th Sept, 2021 at 5pm on zoom platform. The speaker was Mr Hitesh Shah, alumni of MCOMECOM course of Thakur College of Science and Commerce. He is currently working as Senior Consultant in AKEPM and is settled in Paris, France. The event was attended by 43 students.

Department of MCOMECOM in association with Department of Econmics,TCSC organised a guest lecture on CYBER WARFARE by Mr Sachin Dedhia, CEO, SKYNET SOLUTIONS on 30th July, 2021 on zoom platform from 3pm to 4pm. 133 students registered for the event. The lecture focused on Pagesus software and importance of maintaining cyber security.
GUEST LECTURE ON ENVIRONMENT
A guest Lecture on HABITS FOR SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT was organised on 30th October, 2021 at 5pm on zoom platform in association with B.Com(Entrepreneurship); B.Com (International Accounting). Mrs Nusrat Khatri was invited as guest speaker. She spoke about simple habits that students must inculcate to have green environment.
The meeting was attended by total of 53 students and was appreciated by all. The meeting concluded with an oath by the students for developing green habits.
GUEST LECTURE ON VALUES
A guest lecture on VALUES IN DIGITAL ERA was organised by SWAMI VIVEKANANDA ASSOCIATION, BCOM( Entrepreneurship) and MCOM(E-Commerce) on 1st December, 2021 at 3pm on zoom platform. The lecture was attended by 166 students. Swami Devakantyananda Maharaj from Ram Krishna Mission, Khar was invited to address the students.
He spoke about self-awareness and advised students to be prudent while consuming digital content. He compared social media with opium and alerted students about the pitfall of its over indulgence. His motivating words were inspiring to all our students.
Department of M.com Ecommerce conducted 30 hrs free course on introduction to Digital Marketing from 7th January to 4th February 2022. 332 students from different stream registered for this course. The Course was attended by more than 80 students on an average each day. 16hrs of lecture was taken on various topics of digital marketing. Alumni, working with different companies were called as resource person to deliver lecture on different topics on DIGITAL MARKETING. Students were also given assignment comprising of 14hrs.
Online Exam was conducted on 11th February 2022 for 50 marks. Students who attended 60% of the lectures, submitted more than 2 assignments & scored 40% in the online exam were given certificate of completion.

WORKSHOP ON ADVANCE EXCEL FROM 11TH March to 19th March, 2022
The Dept of Management Studies in collaboration with Dept of M.Com.(e-commerce) conducted a 8 hours workshop on Advance Excel. Businesses use Data Analytics to grow their business and expand. This workshop was organised for BMS and M.Com.(e-commerce) students to improve their employability. Students were briefed about Excel Sheets, using various formulas, VLook etc. 31 students enrolled for this 8 hours workshop which was conducted from 4th March 22 to 13th March, 2022. The workshop was conducted by Mr Satbir Singh, Senior Manager in TOPPS INDIA SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY PVT LTD.
Guest Lecture on “#Break The Bias #through Femvertising”
Department of B.Com. (International Accounting), B.Com (Entrepreneurship) and M.Com (E-Commerce) organised a Guest Lecture on 12th March, 2022, 5.00 pm onwards on the theme “#Break The Bias #through Femvertising”. The Resource Person was Dr. Kajal Bhojwani, Head, Department of Commerce, Smt. Chandibai Himathmal Mansukhani (CHM) College, Ulhasnagar. Dr. Bhojwani spoke on Gender Bias against women as reflected in the advertisements in the past years. A total of 66 learners actively engaged and participated in the online session which concluded with the question and answer session.
