Agenda of the Alumni Meeting held on 10th June 2023:

1.Registrations

2.To discuss Fund-Raising and Academic/Industrial support 

3.To discuss about participatory role of Alumni in the NAAC Process.

4. Any other matter with the permission of Chair. 

Minutes:

1.The alumni meeting was conducted on 10th June 2023 with regards to the above-mentioned agendas

A total of 113 alumni attended the meeting. 

The association's opening address was by Dr. Santosh Singh, IQAC Coordinator, Thakur College of Science and Commerce. He welcomed the Alumni with a motivating speech and further on spoke about the different aspects of this association and its line of work. He discussed about the membership and also about the various events that were conducted in which the alumni members were called as guest speakers. Dr Santosh Singh encouraged the Alumni to raise funds for the Alumni Association, Participate in Guest Lectures and also guide Sports/NSS/NCC learners. He also appealed for Internships & Placement support. The Alumni were briefed about their significant role in NAAC. This was followed by the cultural programme organized by the present students. The programme further went on with the introduction of the new alumni members. Mr. Kaushal Mehta, spoke about his work and promised jobs and guidance for our present students. 

Miss Simran Singh promised to help in Fund Raising for Supporting poor students. Also, the alumni present promised in conducting career and guidance sessions for the students. The meeting was then closed with the vote of thanks and a promise towards achieving new heights of the institution by involving the inputs of the past students. The Meeting ended with Vote of thanks proposed by Dr Sanjay Shukla
