The institution has initiated a Co-operative Credit Society for the welfare of the staff members. Staff members contribute certain amount monthly towards the co-operative credit society and avail the benefit of the loan facility as and when required. In case of an emergency loan is immediately sanctioned to the staff member. Dividend is credited to the account of staff members. The staff welfare fund is maintained by the faculty members on a monthly basis towards various events, cultural programs and lunch for the teaching and non-teaching staff twice in a year.
The Institute has introduced a number of add on Certificate Courses for skill training of students that provide skill to students in diverse areas. Students are highly encouraged to take these courses that are offered by external trainers. These courses are conducted over holidays, after college hours and on the weekends. With a distinctive vision to impact the society, the Centre trains students in relevant skills for immediate employment. The College also assists the successful students in getting lucrative placements across the country. Collaborative Certificate Courses are offered to students as well as autonomous Certificate Courses the curriculum for which has been designed and approved by the Board of Studies set up for the purpose. Autonomous Courses are designed based on industry expectations by including Industry Experts on B.O.S. and feedback from Placement Cell of the college.
