Women Empowerment

In simple words, Women empowerment is the process of empowering women. The definition of empowerment can be done in many ways. However, when we broadly talk about women empowerment, it essentially means accepting women as a part of decision-making processes in the society. Empowerment is the process, which creates power in individuals over their own lives, society, and in their communities. People are empowered when they are able to access the opportunities available to them without limitations and restrictions such as in education, profession and lifestyle. Empowerment includes the action of raising the status of women through education, raising awareness, literacy, and training. Women's empowerment is all about equipping and allowing women to make life-determining decisions through the different problems in society with the following aims:

1. Giving women equal position as that of men.
2. There is no difference between men and women.
