TCSC - Students & Staff Holistic Arise Program Expedition (TCSC-SHAPE): is a single window that provides a wide range of services to students. It provides support for vernacular medium students for English speaking, financial support for bright sports students, academic support for needy students staying in slum area, medical and personal support to the students, particularly from the thrust areas of the college.
TCSC was established in academic year 1992 with a clear objective of providing quality education in tune with international standards and contemporary global requirements Currently he college has attained graded autonomous status for 10 years. Thakur College of Science and Commerce has taken a lead in incorporating philosophy of Choice Based Credit Grading Scheme with Holistic and Multidisciplinary Education (CBCGS-HME 2020) in the process of curriculum development. These are some of the Institution distinctiveness for students support and progression.
1. Student Support Program for Holistic and Personality Development: Various personality enhancement programs conducted throughout the year for Holistic development.
2. Students Support Program for their Interest in Sports:
The College Gymkhana facilitates the needs of students who play Indoor games like Martial Arts, Judo, Carrom, Chess, Boxing, etc. whereas a large stadium with viewing gallery and other infrastructural facilities provide an ideal ambience for outdoor games like Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Throwball, Kabaddi, Basketball, etc. The College also provides Table Tennis, Chess & Carrom Area in the Gymkhana. A separate professional Cricket, Football, Volleyball & Basketball grounds for the students and nearby community area to ensure all the sport can be played and practice for professional sports carrier enhancement. TCSC also has well-equipped facilities for Sports like Martial Arts, Boxing & Kickboxing. Apart from Freeships, scholarship & Prizes instituted for outstanding performances in Sports, Bright Sports students with good credential are given 2% reservation and priority in Admission. Every year TCSC offers fee scholarship for more than 100 students. In academic year 2020-21 100 sports student receive scholarship of amount of Rupees 13,79,110.

By this agreement, applicants from Thakur College of Science and Commerce who meet the requirements outlined below will be eligible for admission to third year program with full block transfer The participating students of TCSC will get full Credit Transfer in International Institute in USA/Canada/Australia.

Student Support Program for their Interest in Cultural Activities: Three Important cultural festivals TARKASH / TARANGAN / TRISHNA are celebrated every year and Students of TCSC get chance to show their hidden talent through this platform. A Media Lab, Auditorium and Studio available for all kinds of Support and services.
5. Employee Support and Services Program:
TCSC Employee Co-operative Society is a registered society which is functional more than 10 years. There are 235 members with overall turnover of 2Crore Rupees. Total 2,35,00000/- Rupees has been sanctioned as a Loan with nominal rate of Interest and total 155 Members got benefits of this. Many Non-Teaching and Class Four Employee got Immediate benefits at the time of their emergency and crucial requirements like medical need, home purchase, child education and Marriage.
