Event Name: INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
Date: 21 JUNE 2019

International Yoga Day was celebrated in our college on 21st June 2019. Our 28 cadets participated in this celebration in the presence of Vice-Principal and Teaching Staff.
Event Name: ANTI – DRUG DAY
Date: 26TH JUNE 2019

International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking 2019. International day against drug abuse and illicit trafficking was celebrated in our college on 26th June 2019.Our 23 cadets conducted a rally in Thakur Village, Kandivali (E) to create awareness.
Event Name: BLOOD DONATION
Date: 30TH JUNE 2019
No. of participants: 12
Blood Donation camp was organized by Amarkant Jha Smriti Pratisthan & Thakur College NCC Unit on 30th June 2019. A total of 12 of our Cadets volunteered in this event and three donated blood for this noble cause. 54 units of blood was collected by us and submitted to Meenatai Thackeray Blood Bank.
Event Name: MEGA POLLUTION DAY (AWARENESS CAMPAIGN)

Mega Pollution Awareness Pakhwada was celebrated in our college on 6 July 2019. Our 22 cadets conducted a bicycle rally in Thakur village Kandivali (E) of 7 km radius area to create awareness about pollution and its effects on our environment among the civilians.

Date: 17TH & 18TH JULY 2019

Blood Donation camp was organized by NSS & NCC College Unit on 17th & 18th July 2019.Our 20 Cadets participated in this event. A total of 154 units of blood were collected by organization and submitted to Blood Bank.
Event Name: INDEPENDENCE DAY
Date: 15TH AUGUST 2019

15th August 2019, the 73rd Independence Day of India was celebrated by the cadets of Thakur College NCC Unit. The parade was Demonstrated by Junior Under Officer Dijith Dinesan. The Guards was Commanded by Sergeant Alpesh Saxena and The Marching Contigent was led by Sergeant Priya Yadav and Lance Corporal Ankit Sharma. The Flag was Hosted by the Chief Guest Shri Jitendra Singhji in the Presence of Principal, Teaching Staff and Non-Teaching Staff. The event showcased the Unity and Discipline of the cadets.
Event Name: ANAM PREM
Date: 7th September 2019

ANAM PREM Organized an event to honour the fallen soldiers, war widows and proud parents of the martyrs on 7 September 2019. 20 cadets of Thakur College NCC Unit volunteered for this event. Cadets gave the guard of honour to chief guest and shok salami to the martyrs.
Event Name: BEACH CLEANING PROGRAM

NCC cadets of our college participated in beach cleaning program after Ganpati immersion held at Aksa beach on 7th September 2019. In this event 20 cadets participated in cleaning the beach surrounding.
Event Name: GANPATI TRAFFIC CONTROL DUTY

Fifty two of our NCC Cadets participated in Ganpati Traaffic Control Duty in collaboration with Mumbai Police held at Mahindra Yellow Gate (Kandivali), Sanjay Gandhi National Park (Borivali) and near Borivali Station on 12 September, 2019. The cadets also encouraged the use of helmets among bikers.

Mega Swachhata Awareness Pakhwada was celebrated in our college on 19th Sept 2019. Our 20 cadets conducted a cycle rally in Thakur Village Kandivali(E) in 5 km radius to create awareness about the importance of cleanliness among the residents of Thakur Village.
Event Name: HUM BADLENGE INDIA
Date: 20TH November 2019

Our thirty NCC Cadets participated in “HUM BADLENGE INDIA” which was an initiative on the digital platform to encourage the youth to become agents of change. The resource person Major (Retd.) Arun Prakash Ambathy urged the participants to ignite the spark in them and move on the path of discipline, honour and integrity to realize their true potential.
Event Name: CLEANLINESS DRIVE PROGRAM
Date: 7th – 8th December 2019

NCC Cadets of our college participated in cleanliness drive programme held at Thakur Village on 7th and 8th December 2019. A 5 km radius of Thakur Village was covered for promoting the values of cleanliness and hygiene. Thirty-five cadets participated in the event.
Event Name: ARMY DAY
Date: 15th January 2020
No. of participants: 40
On the occasion of 72nd Army Day, our NCC unit celebrated the same in the college campus on 15 January 2020. The chief guest for the event was Col.(Retd.) Sanjay Kishor. He spoke on his experience in army and about the various Battle Equipment used in Armed Forces in India as well as Foreign Countries. The cadets welcomed the guest by performing Guard of Honour. Shok Salami was also given to martyrs who led their lives while fighting various battles. Condolence was given to them by putting wreath on the "Amar Jawan Fallen Statue".
Event Name: JAN JAGRUTI PRATHISHTA
Date: 18TH January 2020

Jan Jagruti Prathishta organized an event to honour the fallen soldiers, war widows and proud parents of the martyrs on 18th January, 2020. Thakur college NCC cadets volunteered for this event as well as the rally organized by Jan Jagruti Prathishta. The cadets gave a guard of honour to the ex-servicemen (Officers, JCO and OR) and felicitated them. Forty NCC cadets volunteered for the event.
