1. Concept of Biodiversity : Definition of Biodiversity,Species Richness,Abundance,Levels of Biodiversity, Types of species:Rare,Endangered,Extinct,Vulnerable & examples for the same - 3 Lectures
2. Conservation of Biodiversity : Causes of extinction of Biodiversity-Natural & Artificial, Methods/Ways of Conservation of Biodiversity-In Citu & Ex-Citu, Wildlife Protection Act 1972 & Save Tiger Project-1973 - 5 Lectures
3. Concept of Ecosystem & Ecology : Definitions of Ecosystem & Ecology,Types & functions of Ecosystem,Concept of carrying capacity,Ecological Balance - 2 Lectures
4. Environmental Sustainability : Concept of sustainability,Sustainable Development & Agriculture,Sustainable Consumption of Natural Resources, Positive & Negative Interaction of Man with Environment - 3 Lectures
5. Ethics : Human & Environmental ethics in conservation of  living world, Man & Wildlife conflicts - Causes,examples & Preventive or Mitigation Measures - 2 Lectures
